From a production volume of approx. 1.5 Million feet per year, the purchase of your own roll forming machine begins to pay off economically.
Strip thicknesses between 0.1 mm (0,004 inch) and 5.0 mm (0,200 inch) can be processed without problem. Thinner and thicker strip thicknesses must be more closely considered on a case-by-case basis.
Strip widths up to 1,2m (4 feet) can be processed without problem.
Essentially all known ferrous and non-ferrous metals can be formed as long as tensile and yield properties are within required limits.
